Originally from AR, I am a wife, mother and preschool teacher. I secretly wish I were a superhero fighting for injustice and underdogs everywhere. Recently, while spearheading a petition to keep Missouri science classrooms credible, I discovered I have a heart for activism. The extrovert in me is not afraid to speak openly about my childhood struggles, my brush with mental health issues and my beliefs. The introvert in me is addicted to coffee, a snuggle with a good book and anything TedTalks.
